Our Story

Tender Acres is a queer-woman owned and operated vegetable farm located in Port Orchard, Washington. Tracy is a 4th generation farmer, passionate about food justice and growing nutritious food for her community. We farm sustainably using no till and organic practices to cultivate healthy clean food to feed our community. We have a desire to strengthen our relationship to the land and help others to do the same. We believe that connecting to nature and nurturing one’s body with healthy food is healing. Our mission is to provide access to healthy food and be stewards of the land, building healthy soil and doing our best to minimize environmental and climate impacts.
